John D. Adams, Ph.D. founded Eartheart Enterprises in 1975, as a home for his professional practice. He has been at the forefront of the Organization Development and Transformation profession since the 1960s. His early articulation of challenges facing organizations has provided a guiding light for the evolution of organization and change management consulting.

John is Emeritus Professor of Organizational Systems at Saybrook University in San Francisco, where he also served as Program Chair for many years.
